This Redbreast 22-year-old Single Cask was hand-selected by Irish Distillers Master Blender Billy Leighton and Blender David McCabe and bears the signature sherry style that is synonymous with Redbreast Irish Whiskey. First laid down to mature on 17 October 1997 in ex-bourbon barrels, this exceptional liquid was then re-casked in an Oloroso seasoned sherry butt on 25 March 2010.
