Starts with a bitter grain note, not unpleasant. You can find marshmallows and marzipan underneath fresh baguette with a crispy crust, and crème brûlée.

10 years ex-bourbon cask, 2 years finish in Bordeaux casks. Unlike many single malts that have had a two-year finish in a wine barrel, I don't find any wine aromas in this single grain.
