A very pale pink with an orange hue. The nose is delicate, elegant and complex, with notes of white flowers, red berries, and grapefruit. Theirs a round mouthfeel to this wine with flavours of pear and citrus fruit.

Harvesting is done at night to limit oxidation and preserve the freshness of the aromas and fruit. Limitation of inputs to reduce the use of sulphites (SO2). Traditional vinification.
