Dry rosé wine with a light salmon color and aromas with a touch of fresh fruit with a delicate touch of citrus resulting into a very aromatic wine. On the palate is very fresh as a result of the bubbles originated by the second fermentation. It presents the taste of red fruit with an intense level of acidity. A pleasant finish with very nice tannins that lead to a very balanced and surrounding structure
A sparkling wine made in Celler del Pescador, recognized for its flagship Blanc Pescador wine. Crestissimo Moscato is a wine with Italian essence, a Moscatel made with the Charmat method that reminds us of the profile of Moscato d'Asti. Fresh, very aromatic and with fine bubbles.
In the Celler del Pescador, located in the Empordà, sparkling wines have been made since 1967. As a result of the second natural fermentation, Blanc Pescador is born, the first sparkling wine in Spain and which, with its history of more than 50 years, It has become one of the reference wines of the Mediterranean diet. But the saga continues and over the years new wines are born such as Rosé Pescador, Blanc Pescador Verdejo or Cala Pescador, the latter without a needle.
