The next Bodegas López Cristobal Ribera del Duero wine was the 2020 La Linde, which is a Roble from a single vineyard. The wine is primarily made from 95% Tempranillo supplemented with 5% Merlot. The grapes are picked by Galó Lopez from around 30-year-old vines in the chalky vineyard Finca La Linde in Roa de Duero.
The wine has fermented under control at 23 degrees in steel tanks and after fermentation is finished it is aged for 3 months in 1-3 year old 225 liter barriques, of which 80% are French and 20% American casks.
