It is in Catalonia, in Spain, in the Montsant appellation, that the Vénus vintage is produced. The vintage comes from old vines, around sixty years old, as well as granite soil. Aged for more than 20 months in oak barrels, it develops aromas of great elegance, marked by vanilla and toasted touch reminiscent of its ageing. Very smooth on the palate, this vintage is marked by the Carignan which makes it a fresh and lively vintage, which never lacks either acidity or freshness. The Syrah and Grenache bring more roundness as well as superb gourmandise to this very beautiful wine from Spain.
