The 130-hectare Di Majo Norante winery is located to the north of the Gargano in Molise on the estate of the Marquis Norante of Santa Cristina. The estate has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines since the 1800s and in 1960 a modern cantina was constructed and the vines replanted in the Ramitello zone. Optimal exposure, constant breezes during the summer and excellent soil composition combine to create a particularly favourable environment for the production of wine. Alessio di Majo runs the estate on a strictly organic basis (certification granted in 1997) and is advised by renowned oenologist Riccardo Cotarella. This delightful white is a blend of 90% Falanghina and 10% Fiano from 8 hectares of vines grown in Martarosa. Great food and wine.
